On September 20, we would like to celebrate the finissage of the 9th Triennial of Photography Hamburg 2026 with you.

For this occasion, we are inviting artists, curators, institutions and you to come together once more at Deichtorhallen.

The event will begin with the keynote Additions and Omissions by curator and photography lecturer John Fleetwood. He will then enter into a conversation with Artistic Director Mark Sealy.

Afterwards, together with Akinbode Akinbiyi (artist), Anna Feistel (Kurzfilm Festival Hamburg), Nadine Isabelle Henrich (curator, House of Photography), Carsten Rabe (artist and independent curator), and Joanna Warsza (City Curator Hamburg), they will reflect on the challenges and achievements of the 9th Triennial as a collaborative, city-wide project.

To round off the evening, Shimmy Robin will provide music in the foyer. We will use the occasion for one final get-together before the 9th Triennial comes to an end.
