Self Sabotage – Dynamic Panels

As part of the exhibition "Soft Contact and Slow Sabotage", artists Antine Karla Yzer and Verdiana Albano discuss the theme of self-sabotage as both a personal experience and a social phenomenon. Drawing on their artistic practice, they explore inner resistance, self-doubt, the pressure to perform, and the often invisible mechanisms through which we hold ourselves back.

The dynamic panel invites us to view self-sabotage not only as an obstacle, but also as a potential space for reflection, vulnerability and change. The dynamic panel format is conceived as an open, dialogical conversation that does not aim to establish fixed positions, but rather creates space for spontaneous thoughts, mutual inspiration and the active involvement of the audience.
