Panorama XXIV with 23qs & Laetizia

The doors of the Kunsthaus stay open longer on the first Thursday of every month for the Panorama event series. From 6 pm, the foyer of the institution becomes a stage for a changing music programme conceived by Nguyen Phuong-Dan. In July, 23qs will be performing: the solo project by musician and designer Quirin Nebas blends numerous styles and moods into harmonious mixtures. Eclectic music, ranging from atmospheric depths to dynamic excesses, which can be described as glitter drone, grunge pop, hypergloom, bedroom fog, cloud rock, plash metal or shroomtune. Before and after the concert, Laetizia will be playing, moving between IDM, bass music, leftfield sounds and deconstructed beats. In her sets, she combines experimental soundscapes with propulsive energy, creating dense, hypnotic atmospheres. Entry to the exhibition is free throughout the evening, cold drinks are available at the bar. At 6 pm, Kunsthaus curator Jaana Heine will lead a public guided tour offering insights into the themes of Melike Kara’s solo exhibition Whispers.
