The urban landscape as a stage! 

New inspiration for your photography: on this photo walk, discover seemingly familiar parts of Hamburg’s cityscape from new and perhaps as yet unknown perspectives. This event is open to anyone who enjoys photography – whether you’re a beginner or a professional!

During the four-hour photo walk, you’ll follow the artist Vera Drebusch through the exhibition ‘ABER ICH | DIE WELT | ICH SEHE | DICH*’ (*Rémy Zaugg) and through the surrounding urban space of the Hamburger Kunsthalle.

Taking as its starting point the question explored in the exhibition – namely, how the living space around us is permeated by historical memories – you’ll view familiar surroundings with fresh eyes: How is history inscribed into the urban landscape? Which of our own observations and experiences shape our present? What do we marvel at or find surprising? An interesting and inspiring tour through indoor and outdoor spaces.

Please bring a camera or smartphone, weatherproof clothing and something to eat.
